The Human Resources at the Saudi Mining Polytechnic seeks to attract trained and highly qualified human resources in the field of mining to work for and thrive at the institute. The SMP administration is also keen on all the SMP staff to work to the fullest of their capacity. This is for the achievement of the SMP goals and strategy, including training and qualifying Saudi youth for the nationalization of mining jobs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
