Career Progression is a program in which a trainee makes gradual progress by working his way up through three stages in the program. The first stage starts in the first year and involves courses of English, general life skills, safety, computer, and chemistry. Next, he is promoted to the second year after successfully completing the first year. This encompasses courses of the subjects of specialization, namely, underground mining, surface mining, and mining operations, side by side with a focus on technical English. Then, a trainee is promoted to an on-the-job training program on the premises of the recruiting company, which lasts for six months. After that, the trainee is evaluated and is announced to be a graduate. He finally moves to the company premises to start work.
